Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Everything about how Openly product memberships are billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.
Free trials
When an Openly product offers a free trial, the trial length and included features are shown before you subscribe. No credit card is required unless the product clearly says otherwise.
Membership pricing
Pricing varies by Openly product and account type. The price and billing interval shown when you subscribe are the terms that apply to your membership.
Paid memberships renew automatically on the schedule shown at checkout. A complimentary membership code may be granted at our discretion; complimentary accounts are not charged.
How to cancel
Cancel any time through the membership or billing area in the applicable Openly product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then, and there is nothing more to return or uninstall.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, our billing provider may retry it automatically. During the retry period, access may continue for a grace window. If payment ultimately fails, paid features may pause until billing is updated. Your data is not deleted solely because a renewal payment failed.
Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable when a free trial or clear purchase review was provided. That said, we review refund requests case by case — if you were charged in error or something went wrong, email bill@earydigital.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
Customer payments are separate
These terms cover your Openly membership only. Payments your customers make through connected payment providers are entirely between you, your customer, and that provider — including any provider fees, disputes, or refunds.
