Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
By creating an account or using an Openly product, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Business accounts may manage multiple businesses under one login; personal accounts are for individual use.
Trials, memberships, and complimentary access may differ by Openly product. Continued use after a trial requires an active membership when that product has a paid plan, unless your account has been granted complimentary access.
Your content
You own the content you upload — including your business name, logo, account details, links, and messages. You grant the applicable Openly product a limited license to display that content solely to operate the service for you.
You represent that you have the right to use any logo, name, link, account detail, or other content you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use any Openly product for unlawful goods or services, to misrepresent your identity or a recipient, to harass or spam customers, or to interfere with the service. We may pause or remove accounts that violate these rules or that a connected provider flags.
What Openly is — and is not
Openly provides focused business tools. Where a product connects you to a payment provider, we are not a payment processor, bank, or money transmitter. We never hold, route, or settle funds. Each transaction is between you, your customer, and the provider, under that provider's terms and fees.
Service limitations
The service is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Openly and EaryDigital are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or disputes between you and your customers or connected providers.
Ending your account
You may cancel your membership at any time (see Billing, Cancellation & Refunds). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. When an account ends, its public pages and account access may go offline.
